The Sunday-night reset that doesn't take three hours

You don't need a candle-lit, journal-filled, face-mask-and-tea Sunday. You need four small things, in order. Forty minutes total. Mondays stop feeling like ambushes.

Shower — wash the week off

A longer-than-usual shower, on purpose. Warm water, slow rinse. This is the punctuation mark between weeks.

03

Sheets — fresh pillowcase minimum

Full sheet change if you have time. A pillowcase swap if you don't. The cost-to-comfort ratio is the highest in the apartment.

04

Sleep — lights down by 22:30

Phone charging in another room. One chapter of something you like. Lights out by 22:30, even if you're not tired yet.

05
